Offering Memorandum
This project involved designing an Offering Memorandum for a residential townhome development.
Because the document contained a large amount of information, the main focus was creating a clear visual hierarchy and an organized layout that would make the content easy to read and understand.
Through typography, charts, maps, and imagery, the project explored how editorial design can communicate complex information in a clear and effective way.
